Lic. Roberto Suárez

Roberto Suarez (President) graduated from Escuela Libre Derecho, University of Central America (UACA); was an active member of the Student Board during his time in Law School; finish post grade "Legal Aspects of International Business" in Georgetown University 1999. Has studies in Business Management in the University Alma Mater; Roberto, worked for important Legal Firms of San Jose, among his experience he has advised important corporations as like: Los Sueños de Herradura, Banco Anglo Costarricense, Pipasa, As de Oros, Mutual Heredia, Mutual Alajuela, among others. Currently he has achieved for the Firm important accounts like Banco Popular, National Learning Institute (INA), Municipality of San José, Distribuidora Agro Comercial, Todo Motor (KAWASAKI COSTA RICA), Biovert of Spain, Bovi Corporation of Spain; Roberto was founder and active member of the Credit Protector Association of Agrochemichal Companies of Costa Rica.

His field of action is mainly Corporate Law, Foreign Investment, Commercial Law, Civil Law, Credit Protection, Corporate Protection, General Litigation, 18 years of experience.
